Combined events: Longjump, Hurdling, Javelinthrow, every event of athletics will be trained. With our own Kronos trainer you will learn a lot and you will surely have fun and improve!
Running: Everybody is allowed to participate. The running group mainly focusses on distances longer than 5 kilometres which everyone does on his or her own level. The runninggroup is a good place to build up condition and to improve your running technique.
Durationrun: The durationrun will take place every thursday and is a run through the beautifull green surroundings of our campus. The run will be 1 hour and the tempo will be approximately 12 km/h.
Circuittraining: Strength and condition are the base layers of every athlete. If you don't want to get injured this is a very good training for you. The circuittraining is an easy way to get to know your strength and to train every muscle in your body. This training is meant for runners and for combined events athletes. In the winter the workouts will be inside, in a reasonable temperature.
