All trainings, except for the circuittraining starts at the Utrack, the track at the Campus.
At Kronos you can train 4 days in the week for different dicipline's. We have the following kind of trainings:
Technical events, from long jump to hurdles and from discus to javelin throwing. Every week we train for different events. In the month September there is an introduction course wehere you practice 8 events in 4 weeks.
Running, everyone can join this group. You can train at your own level and the aim is to build up an good condition and improve your running technique.
Duration run, every tuesday there is a group who are running through the forest or around the campus. The pace is around 12 km/h and they will run around one hour.
Sprint training, once a week there is a sprint training. Here the focus is more at working on your speed.
Circuittraining, every wedsneday we have a circuittraining together with piranha. So we work on our core stability. The training is usefull for every kind of athlete. In the summer we train at the Utrack and when it is too cold outside we go to the inside sporthal.
